General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered by Masterumzug (hereinafter "Company") in the context of removals in Germany and the Netherlands. They apply to all contracts concluded by email or other written communication, as well as to inquiries made via the website www.masterumzug.de.

2. Services

The company offers moving services, including planning, transportation and optional additional services, which are agreed individually. The prices shown on the website are estimates and are for guidance only. The final price will be agreed after further discussion and details are determined by email.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is only concluded when the company confirms the customer's request by email and sends a written confirmation of the moving order. The request via the contact form or the chat on the website does not constitute a binding booking.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices for removals are calculated individually and communicated to the customer by email. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made either before or after the service has been provided, depending on the agreement. The payment deadlines agreed in the order confirmation apply.

5. Cancellation and rebooking

The moving order can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 working days before the agreed moving date. In the case of later cancellations or rebookings, the company reserves the right to charge an appropriate cancellation fee. The amount of the fee depends on the time of cancellation and the effort already incurred.

6. Liability and insurance

The company is liable for damage caused by the removal staff during the move, within the framework of the legal regulations in Germany or the Netherlands, depending on the location. The customer is obliged to report valuable items or special transport goods in advance so that additional insurance can be taken out if necessary. The company accepts no liability for valuable items that are not declared.

7. Data protection

The company treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations in Germany and the Netherlands. The data collected is used exclusively to process inquiries and to carry out the moving services. It is only passed on to third parties as part of the order processing or due to legal obligations.

8. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office, Max-Winkelmann-Straße 84, 48165 Münster, provided the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, provided that there are no mandatory legal provisions of the customer's place of residence in the Netherlands that conflict with this.
